Estell Manor is a city located in Atlantic County with a population of 1,735 according to the Census of 2010 with a small increase annually. On March 14, 1925, Estell Manor became incorporated as a city by the New Jersey Legislature. 

Geography

The incorporated city of Estell Manor has a total area of 55.18 square miles of both land and water. Within the borders of Estell Manor lies a variety of unincorporated communities including:

Education System

Estell Manor has a few public schools for residents to attend which is a part of the Estell Manor School District.  Estell Manor Elementary School offers grades kindergarten through 8th grade. Buena Regional High School serves the borough of Buena and Buena Vista Township for 9th grade through 12th grade. 

Other public schools students can attend are the Atlantic County Institute of Technology, located in Mays Landing, and the Charter-Tech High School for the Performing Arts.
