“Glee” Actor Jesse Luken Charged For DUI

“Glee” actor Jesse Luken was arrested for DUI after crashing his car in Glendale, California. Police received calls about a single car accident on Christmas Day 2018, according to TMZ. Responding to the scene, authorities discovered Luken in the driver’s seat of his Toyota. The car had crashed up onto the curb, destroying a front tire.

Police say Luken smelled of alcohol at the scene, which prompted a field sobriety test that Luken reportedly failed. The actor, who portrayed Bobby “Boom Boom” Surette on the musical television program, was charged for driving under intoxication and booked at the local jail. Neither Luken nor his attorney have commented publicly on the arrest.

Model Presley Gerber Arrested On DWI Charges

Cindy Crawford’s son Presley Gerber was arrested for driving while intoxicated around 4 in the morning on Sunday, December 30. The 19-year-old model, son of Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber, was pulled over for speeding in his Tesla. Police officers noticed the scent of alcohol. Gerber then failed a field sobriety test, TMZ reports, and was booked for DUI. Gerber was released without bail soon after.

If convicted, Gerber’s license will be automatically suspended for a minimum of one year. California has a no tolerance policy when it comes to underage drinking. Even a blood alcohol level of 0.1 is enough to be charged with a DUI.

Gerber’s attorney, Scott Spindel, says his client has no criminal record and has never been arrested before.
