Evan M. Levow, Esq.

Nationally recognized for his cutting-edge defense strategies and considered one of the top DWI defense lawyers in the State of New Jersey and arguably the country, Evan M. Levow is the firm’s Director.

Spanning a career of over 25 years, Evan has successfully defended thousands of clients arrested for DWI / DUI.  He has also represented the lead defendants in some of the most important DWI cases in New Jersey, several of which have changed the State’s laws and legal protocols in favor of DWI defendants.

Evan was the first attorney in the state of New Jersey to be qualified as an instructor in field sobriety testing by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), as well as by the International Association of the Chiefs of Police.  Evan regularly lectures to lawyers, judges, and police personnel on field sobriety testing and breath, blood, and urine testing.  He represented the lead defendant in the landmark Alcotest case, State v. Chun, before the Supreme Court, which changed State and national protocols for DWI defense.  He is a champion for his clients and a zealous protector of their Constitutional rights.

Keith G. Napolitano, Esq.

Keith is an aggressive DWI defense attorney, fighting hard for his clients and with a track record of getting DWI cases dismissed and penalties reduced.  He has argued matters in Municipal Court, Superior Court, and before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Law Division, helping his clients to beat DWI charges, criminal records, jail time, and loss of license.
